Folk musician Matt Elliot set for Barcelona summer gigTalented English folk guitarist and singer Matt Elliot is heading to the Catalan capital this summer, it has been confirmed.

The gifted musician, who also produced and recorded electronic music under the name The Third Eye Foundation before turning to dark folk music under his own name, will be performing at the Sala Apolo in Barcelona on Sunday 10 June.

Renowned as a skilled and unique figure in both genres, Matt released his first album under his own name in 2003. Called ‘The Mess We Made’, it was met by a largely positive critical response from reviewers.

His appearance in the Catalonian capital comes as he looks to promote his latest album ‘The Broken Man’. His gig is a must-see for music lovers who appreciate lyrical genius as well as beautiful, well constructed melodies.
