Talented chef to open new restaurant in BarcelonaTwo new delicious projects are being introduced to Barcelona by world renowned chef Albert Adrià.

As reported last month, the 41 Degrees cocktail bar, which is now a 16 seat restaurant with tasting menus, serving 41-course tastings in an intimate setting, has reopened. Albert is planning to add an audiovisual installation by Javier Milara, a transdisciplinary artist, to the prestigious restaurant, whilst dishes are not required with the whole experience designed to reflect a trip around the world.

The talented chef also revealed he is hoping to open a Mexican restaurant, with its working name in the offing Jaguar. Albert and his partner Paco Mendez are hoping to open the establishment in February.
