Despite the economic troubles plaguing many food establishments throughout Europe, a Michelin starred Dublin restaurant looks set to record cash profits yet again in 2012, demonstrating the quality that is on offer there.

The l’Ecrivain, run by celebrity chef Derry Clarke and his wife Sallyanne, has continued trade profitability throughout the recession. It comes after successful years in 2010 and 2011, when cash profits were also reported for the establishment.

Opened in 1989, l’Ecrivain is an award winning restaurant that offers a modern, contemporary service and innovative menus based on an Irish/French style, with mouth-watering meals cooked by a team of leading chefs accompanied by an extensive wine list. Add to that the accomplished service front of house and it is easy to see why l’Ecrivain is one of the most popular restaurants in town.

Cap a fantastic break to the Irish capital in one of the excellent hotels in Dublin with a meal in this stunning restaurant for an unforgettable culinary experience.
