New film festival to debut in Dublin this monthAn exciting new film festival is heading to the Irish capital later this month, celebrating an array of fascinating music documentaries.

The OneTwoOneTwo festival, which takes place at the recently re-opened Smithfield venue in Dublin over the weekend of 19 – 21 October, will feature films about Blur, Talking Heads, Ireland’s DIY scene and the Irish premiere of a new film about Courtney Love’s band Hole, to name but a few.

Other works on show will include the classic ‘In Bed With Madonna’, the emotional story of Blur’s 2009 reunion tour ‘No Distance Left to Run’, and what many consider to be the best concert film of all time, Talking Heads’ Stop Making Sense.

For more information on the full line-up, visit the festival’s Facebook page at facebook.com/onetwoonetwodublin, their Tumblr account at onetwoonetwodublin.tumblr.com or on Twitter at @onetwoonetwodub. It could be a great event to combine with a fantastic mini-break to one of the idyllic Dublin hotels this month.
