Push to market Dublin as separate Irish tourism destination With an array of stunning Dublin hotels, museums, galleries and restaurants to choose from, it is little wonder the Irish capital attracts so many British visitors throughout the year.

A major push has been announced to market Dublin as a separate tourism destination to the rest of Ireland, however, with a report from the Dublin City Council arguing the city should get its own unique branding and be promoted heavily in emerging economies.

The news will be welcomed by a range of tourist attractions found in the capital, which rely on heavy footfall to thrive in tough economic times.

There was also a push to introduce ‘six or seven museums’ to the famous Dublin Castle by business leader Tom Coffey, who has been one of the chief lobbyists for change in the approach to tourism in the Irish capital.

Come and see for yourself why Dublin has so much potential for tourism and book your European break to this stunning city today.
