Thai restaurant chain to offer new eatery in Edinburgh next monthA successful Thai restaurant firm has announced it is to open its latest establishment in Edinburgh, a development which only looks to bolster the already highly regarded restaurant scene in the Scottish capital.

Called Claophraya, it is named after the Chao Phraya in Thailand and aims to offer the ultimate fine dining experience. The company has been operating in the UK since 2004 and already has restaurants in six different UK cities including Leeds, Liverpool, Manchester and Sheffield. Their most recent expansion was to Glasgow, spread across four floors in a listed townhouse building in the city to become the largest Thai restaurant in Europe. The restaurant is set to open next month, presenting a fantastic new dining choice for any of those visiting the Scottish capital in the near future.
