Classic carClassic cars and motorcycles from eras past will be hitting the streets of Paris in the New Year, when the 13th annual Traversee De Paris Rally takes place.

Over 600 vehicles will take to some of the most famous roads in the French capital on 6 January 2013, with the cruise expected to last around 5 – 6 hours.

Encompassing some of the city’s most famous landmarks, the route will see cars pass by the likes of the Place de la Concorde, Montmarte and others, with thousands of enthusiasts expected to line the streets to catch the procession of authentic automotive artwork in all its glory.

Other forms of transportation – including farm equipment and buses – are also set to participate in the exhibition, whilst the youngest vehicle will be 30 years old.

A classic car rally suitable for the whole family to enjoy, it represents a great day out for any of those planning a New Year’s break in one of the excellent hotels in Paris.
