The internationally acclaimed artist – who was once a member of the goth/post punk band The Virgin Prunes and is best friends with U2’s Bono – will be displaying his work in the Irish capital for the first time in four years.
The Kerlin Gallery in Anne’s Lane is to host the exhibition and staff are preparing to welcome some of Guggi’s famous friends to the event, including the aforementioned Bono and close friend Gavin Friday.
The exhibition looks set to run for a month at the gallery and adds to a vibrant array of exhibitions and displays that are taking place in the city’s stunning cultural landscape over the course of 2013.
Come and check it out for yourself whilst enjoying a break in one of the excellent Dublin hotels next month.
