The award winning chef moved from his previous residence at No. 12 Picardy Place in November and is now plying his trade at 69 North Street – the trendy space of the former Italian restaurant Librizzi.
Mark has stated that he intends to rely on his trusted style of menu and cooking, whilst maintaining his use of high quality local ingredients from producers dotted in and around Edinburgh.
A specially designed wine vault will be one of the features of the new restaurant, and customers will be offered wine from committed staff at the establishment before choosing their meal.
